The WL-118 is a single point load cell constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, covering a capacity range from 30kg to 500kg and supporting platform sizes up to 600×600mm. This single point load cell is designed for weighing and metering applications in food processing, packaging lines, industrial automation, intelligent warehousing, platform scales, and automatic checkweighing systems. Various cable lengths and other options are available for customization.

This single point load cell delivers a combined error of 0.018%F.S., non-linearity of 0.02%F.S., and repeatability of 0.018%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±0.05mV/V, zero balance is ±0.2%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 5~15 VDC, this sensor ensures stable and repeatable measurements across medium to high capacity industrial applications.

The WL-118 offers IP65 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings available. It operates within a temperature range of -10°C to 50°C, and nominal displacement ranges from 0.6mm to 0.96mm depending on load. Standard cable is Φ5mm × 3000mm, and custom lengths can be ordered. Safe overload is 150%F.S., and the aluminum alloy body provides a lightweight yet durable solution for industrial environments.

Load Cell Packaging and Shipping

To ensure safe arrival at your location, the Single Point load cell will be carefully packaged and shipped. The packing process is as follows:

1. The Single Point load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from external damage during shipping.
2. The box will be filled with foam padding to provide additional cushioning and prevent the load cell from moving during shipping.
3. The Single Point load cell will be sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors.
4.  Additional layers of bubble wrap will be provided for additional protection.
5. The carton is securely taped to prevent tampering.
6.  A shipping label with your address and product information is attached to the box.
7. The package is shipped using a reliable and trusted freight carrier.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package to avoid any delays or problems.
